Alhambra makes a new line of cut-away guitars with nylon strings. These models are directly inspired by the steel strings guitars.
These cut-away guitars have narrower neck and their shape is more similar to the steel string guitars. The guitarists who play this sort of guitar or electric guitar and they are thinking of purchasing a nylon string guitar they can find in these new models a guitar that allows better playability.
The nomenclature is the same as the steel string guitars, and all the models have been handcrafted with solid woods, Spruce or Cedar for the tops and Mahogany, Ovankol and Indian Rosewood for the back and sides.
The depth measures of the sides are the same as the cut-away models and its harmonics bars are like the model 7 P.
The finish is gloss. In fact most of the steel string guitars have gloss finish since the matt finish becomes gloss finish due to play the guitar.
With regards to the string action: 3.3 mm and 2.3 mm at the 6th string and at the 1st string respectively, at the 12th fret from the top of the fret to the underside of the string.
